Five superfoods can save us from many serious lifestyle-related diseases. If they are included in the daily diet then the risk of diabetes, cancer, and heart-related diseases can be avoided.
Mixed nuts and seeds, spinach, lentils, sauerkraut, and broccoli sprouts are similar foods. They contain a lot of protein, due to which there is no hunger. They are very helpful in controlling our weight.

Rare minerals are found in these superfoods. Such as polyphenol in walnuts, which is helpful in protecting against cancer.

    4. Sauerkraut
      Benefit: Beneficial in the intestines, immune system, inflammation, weight gain, and gastrointestinal disorders.
      Sauerkrout is a leavened cabbage. It contains fiber, antioxidants, vitamins C and K, as well as iron, potassium, iodine, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and sodium.

    5. Broccoli sprouts
